How We Work

Geographically-Distributed

Our team is centered in Cambridge (UK), with team members in nine countries within two hours of the Central European Time (CET) timezone.

Remote-First

We've built and refined a unique set of tools to allow us to operate efficiently, to foster high engagement, and to achieve strong team cohesion while being geographically distributed.

If you pass the CV screening stage, we will invite you to a 15-minute Zoom call with the CEO/CTO.

Take-Home Project

If you successfully pass the founder screening call, we will send you a short take-home exercise (varies with the role), for you to complete. It is a short exercise that you can complete in about two to three hours.

Team Interview

If you successfully pass the take-home exercise, we will invite you to interview with our team. One discussion point during this interview will be the outcome of the take-home project you submitted.

Virtual On-site

After a successful team interview, we will invite you to a "virtual on-site" simulation, involving a hands-on half-day simulation of a real working scenario, solving a task relevant to the position you are applying for.
