The existing methods require people to change their software. This requires a large amount of human effort and engineering cost. Even when that effort has been expended, the methods which exist today are about two orders of magnitude slower than Signaloid’s solution. As a result, it is not possible to use existing methods in a situation such as an autonomous vehicle or high-speed computational finance application where the reaction times must be quick.
